After completion of Your Assessment an in-person session is dedicated to teaching you Your Plan designed from the data collected from Your Assessment. Your Program will include Myofascial Stretching, Mobilizations, and Specific Corrective Exercises and Strength Movements. You’ll learn how to use the necessary equipment and experience proper form from the beginning. This will be the foundation that will allow you to achieve your fitness or functional goals.
